About the Role
You will work as an integral part of the HR Team to deliver an effective and competent level of operational support to the HR department and consistently deliver a level of service that promotes effective working relationships throughout the business.
You will have demonstrable experience of working within a generalist human resource environment, including managing disciplinaries, grievances, performance and sickness absence cases from end-end. You must have excellent communication skills, organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and have up to date employment law and data protection legislation knowledge.
Requirements
First point of call for payroll and benefit related audits
Liaise with third party providers to action Regional Payroll on a monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly basis
Administer all tax year end requirements
Ensure data accuracy for benefit providers
Continuously update the HR database
